European Teaching Tour: Hamburg, Germany

Every year Rinpoche travelling with Autumn Teaching Tour, an annual part of Chödpa Lama Rinpoche’s teaching schedule, in which he is invited by his centres in the countries across Europe – France, Germany, Spain and England.

This year once again we are very fortunate to have Chödpa Lama Rinpoche visiting Hamburg, Germany. Rinpoche will be with us in Hamburg for a week in the middle of October. As part of his Teaching Tour Program Rinpoche will be giving Chod Empowerment, performing Chod Healing Ceremony and Increasing Fortune Ceremony, and conclude four-year cycle teachings on The Union of Mahamudra and Dzogchen.

Public Teachings  ‘Why should we Practice Mindfulness’?

Saturday 13th October

Chöd Healing Ceremony and Chöd Empowerment 
10:00 – 13:00 / 15:00-18:00

Traditional Tibetan Healing Ceremony is beneficial to all those who have physical or mental illnesses, it is clears the blockages of the karmic debts of previous lives, dissipates obstacles, purifies negative impacts, dissipates harmful influences …

Chöd literally means “cutting”. It breaks the obstacles and obscurations, sometimes called “demons” or “gods”. Examples of demons are ignorance, anger and, in particular, dualist perception of the self. 

Chöd Empowerment is a fully immersive Vajrayana buddhist empowerment with a commitment to practice. It is open only for the practitioners who wish to practice Chöd. New practitioners require to take refuge in The Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) in order to begin practice.

Sunday 14th October

Ceremony for Increasing Fortune 
10:00 – 11:30

Teachings on “The Union of Mahamudra and Dzogchen” *
12:00 – 14:00/ 15:30 – 18:00

“The union of Mahamudra and Dzogchen” is taught over a four-year cycle. This year, Rinpoche will conclude the four-year cycle teachings on “The Complete Way to Awakening” and will give a commentary on the following two songs of “The Union of Mahamudra and Dzogchen” by the Yogi and poet of the 17th century, Karma Chagmey Rinpoche.

*  — To receive the 4th year teachings you will need to have previously received any Vajrayana Empowerment from authentic Buddhist Teacher.

From 15th to 17th October

Mo Divination
