Losar is approaching, a precious time of renewal, purification, and right aspiration.
We are entering the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of energy, courage, and forward momentum toward awakening. May this year ignite our hearts with wisdom and compassion, and guide us on the path of mindfulness.

Sunday, February 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00–1:30 p.m., followed by a shared meal.

The Centre Pleine Conscience is delighted to welcome Chödpa Lama Rinpoche, together with the Perpignan Sangha, to celebrate the Tibetan New Year together.

Free and open to everyone, young and old, this joyful gathering is an invitation to come together in presence and celebration.

Teachings and practices, moments of conviviality, and a shared international meal will be part of the day, along with 🎶
a wonderful concert by our artist friend Romulus Sampa. His deep, comforting music and benevolent joy will resonate in our hearts, offering an experience not to be missed.

In the spirit of the Dharma, let us share this time as a collective offering, uniting our intentions for a year filled with clarity, kindness, and harmony.
