Weekend of Meditation
On 20, 21 and 22 June, a weekend of meditation in silence, guided by Jean-Philippe Gillot and Laetitia Pichat, at the Machig Ling Centre.
For two and a half days, we’ll be cultivating inner calm and presence, in a caring environment conducive to deep listening.
A precious opportunity to find yourself, to slow down and get back to basics.
The programme includes silent meditations, inspirational teachings and the practice and discovery of breath yoga, to harmonise body and mind.
